Rates and payment
Rates are shown in USD. Availability updates live, and payment is taken securely at the time of booking.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 14:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Message us on WhatsApp if you need to arrive earlier or leave later and we will try to help.
Cancellation and refund policy
- Free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in: full refund.
- Less than 5 days before check-in: non-refundable.
- No-show: non-refundable.
- Shortening your stay less than 5 days before check-in: the removed nights are non-refundable.
- Approved refunds return to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
- The same terms apply whether you book here, on Airbnb or on Booking.com.
Changes to a booking
To change your dates or room, message us on WhatsApp or email. We will do our best to move your booking where availability allows.
